Our Education & Staff Development Department provides ongoing continuing education and emergency care refresher programs to our internal staff as required by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Office of Emergency Medicine.

In addition, the Department provides a variety of community and municipal education programs and healthcare in-service education programs to the staff members of facilities throughout our EMS service area. Given the vital nature of this training, a great emphasis is put on individual one-on-one instruction.

Trinity is a certified affiliate member of the American Heart Association as well as a certifying agency of the National Safety Council for First Aid Training.
