Our Education & Staff Development Department is committed to hiring well-trained, highly-qualified responders to deliver the highest quality of care. We require all EMT or Paramedic employee candidates to pass our pre-screening process which includes a written exam and patient care skills assessment. Candidates are then required to complete a comprehensive Orientation and Field Education Program. On an ongoing basis, all employees are offered continuing education, refresher and recertification courses through our Education Department.

Our clinical staff maintains the following credentials:

Massachusetts EMT or Paramedic certification
New Hampshire EMT or Paramedic licensure
National Registry of Emergency Medical Technician credentials
Incident Command System credentials
American Heart Association Basic and/or Advanced Life Support certification

In addition, all Trinity Paramedics are credentialed beyond state protocol, enhancing our ALS Transport capabilities.
