Our Education & Staff Development Department is committed to hiring well-trained, highly-qualified responders to deliver the highest quality of care. We require all EMT or Paramedic employee candidates to pass our pre-screening process which includes a written exam and patient care skills assessment. Candidates are then required to complete a comprehensive Orientation and Field Education Program. On an ongoing basis, all employees are offered continuing education, refresher and recertification courses through our Education Department.
Our clinical staff maintains the following credentials:

Massachusetts EMT or Paramedic certification |

New Hampshire EMT or Paramedic licensure |
| • |
National Registry of Emergency Medical Technician credentials |
| • |
Incident Command System credentials |
| • |
American Heart Association Basic and/or Advanced Life Support certification |
In addition, all Trinity Paramedics are credentialed beyond state protocol, enhancing our ALS Transport capabilities.
